Software UFSoft has a flexible system of expanded Risk Management (RM). Risk Management System can be conventionally divided into build in and extended components.
The extended system of Risk Management - is a system of reports, which gives complete and thorough information on factoring operations and on portfolio on the whole.
The build in system of Risk Management in its turn consists of three modules:
1. Analysis of Financial State
2. Monitoring and Risks Management
3. Verification
Analysis of the financial state:
The given module is intended for carrying out financial analysis of clients. Analysis of the financial state allows to enter and to save financial data by clients/debtors.
Analysis of the financial state module also carries out comparative analysis of data of financial reports and financial turnover by the system. The given analysis also allows to reveal fictitious turnover and possible fraudulent operations.
The system of carrying out and analysis of verification allows to enter data on verifications and analyze their results.
Monitoring and Risks Management:
Monitoring of risks analyzes with the purpose of risk degree definition.
The purpose of the given module is the analysis of the information and providing all necessary tools and the information for decision-making. In system monitoring is organized at 2 levels:
a. Active
b. Passive
Active monitoring analyzes criteria during the moment of registration, confirmation, financing, repayment of an invoice, at change of questionnaires of clients and limits. In case of detection of the discrepancy, the given information gets in the special interface which is accessible to the employee of Risk Management. Monitoring at the given level allows to track and find out a potential source of risk till the moment of financing.
The passive analysis is taken in 4 directions:
1. Statistical analysis
2. Joint analysis of tendencies of
changes of parameters
3. Debitor analysis
Passive analysis takes out the summarized result on the companies. All the given criteria are looked through on each company. It is possible to see as a detail of separate criterion, and all criteria in details presented kind, for the given company. There is an opportunity to choose a kind of representation (tabulared or graphic).
Verification:
The present functional is provided for checking the correspondence of correctness of submited documents and information/ The results of check on the following points are given in the program:
- The document are properly drawn;
- Consent of the Debtor with the assignment;
- Availability of mutual claims;
- The delivery is made fully;
- Availability of complaints to the goods;
- Availability of returns;
- The sun of invoices is approved.
